Art to convey craftsmanship: a contemporary challenge

Design and architecture to improve the relationship between man and nature: a subject of discussion at e-Creative. The Director of Med (Domus Academy ‘Master in Cultural Experience Design and Management’) Monica Scanu gave an energetic contribution: through design, contemporary art can transform our urban reality starting from people’s daily life. A contribution which relates to the notion of architecture, design and interactivity as means of improving the relationship between man and nature. Walter Nicolino of carlorattiassociati & SENSEable City Lab talks about it, by describing the visionary project realized for the Pavilion at Zaragoza Expo and the interactive bus stop they designed for the City of Florence. The contamination between knowledge, designers and artists is getting stronger, and artists work together more often than ever.
