The diversified events taking place concurrently with the Art Biennale also include a solo exhibition of German artist Rebecca Horn, hosted by the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa at the Galleria di Piazza San Marco from May 31st to September 20th . Rebecca Horn is one of the few artists in the contemporary art panorama who pitted herself against an impressive number of artistic languages: from performance to sculpture, poetry, cinema and opera.  She deals with universal themes, such as love, the effort to keep body and mind healthy and the transience of things.
