As organic and healthy products become increasingly important in our diets more and more people are turning to vegetables – although not exclusively – and trying to acquire habits in tune with today’s rhythms, increasing our physical and mental wellbeing and combining health and joie de vivre.
Frulalà was opened in response to this trend: after an intense summer Venice’s first and only fruit bar has turned into a SOUP BAR too, offering soups, mousses, vegetarian mixes and new cocktails using unusual combinations of unusual ingredients and always maintaining its promise – as shown on the shop’s walls – to serve only high quality food: fruits, vegetables, cereals, legumes, yoghurts, mueslis.
