Corte di Gabriela is the result of the restoration of an ancient 19th-century residence of an important family of lawyers (it is located in Calle degli Avvocati at number 3836). The original interior elements can still be admired, such as the frescoes, the fireplace, the wrought-iron framed windows, the exposed beams, and the typical Venetian flooring, the battuto of Venetian terrazzo composed of marble fragments, colored stones, and pebble lime.

In addition to an efficient concierge service, the atmosphere at Corte di Gabriela is comfortable and relaxed, probably also due to the romantic palette of generally soft and warm colors ranging from beige to pistachio green, from gray to indigo, as well as the always charming pairing of black and white, but also red, that typical Venetian red with a pink hue that we also find on the plaster of the facade.

Self-service delights of fresh fruit and cereals with homemade bread and freshly prepared dishes or made to order, such as soft-boiled eggs, omelets, crêpes, cakes, and brioche made by the owner himself, Gianluca Lorenzet, a Milanese chef, who has lived in Venice since 2004 and who in 2011, with his partner Gabriela, began this extraordinary journey in creating a House-Hotel.
The love and sensitivity in making a stay pleasant and unforgettable can be seen in the small gestures: the cocktail with Venetian appetizers offered in the lounge as a welcome to each guest, the technological amenities in each room, and for the guest who must depart in the night, there is always, at any hour, a good moka of coffee ready and steaming to say farewell.
