The Open Ateliers event is created by Venezia da Vivere, an agency that communicates Venice through culture, design, and craftsmanship. The boutiques of the Marciana area and Via XXII Marzo also participate in the event with itineraries dedicated to architectural and artistic aspects. With Fashion Reading, the La Toletta bookstore transforms its window into a catwalk of fashion books.
Open Ateliers and new creative spaces
Venetian ateliers open their workshops to showcase a heritage of knowledge and techniques in constant evolution: glass, ceramics, textiles, wood, jewelry, and printing take shape before the visitors’ eyes. Entering the ateliers means following creative processes live, listening to the stories of family businesses, and seeing experimentation and design at the moment they are born.
