A space for everyone in Piazza San Marco: the Procuratie, The Human Safety Net House, offers free admission with activities and events including theater, art, talks, workshops for young entrepreneurs, and international events.
The second weekend of November opens with From Idea to Action, a workshop to transform ideas into high social impact projects through creativity and critical thinking. Children and adults can experience together The Power of Emotions, a theater game that helps little ones recognize what they feel. Highly anticipated is TEDxVenezia – WOW Worlds of Wonder, which brings to the Procuratie workshops, activities, and conversations open to all in the morning, and live streaming to follow the conference at Teatro Goldoni, followed by the event Adventures Among the Pages – Reading at the Museum, the major national event promoted by Kid Pass featuring the Gruffalo for a day of workshops, an auditorium performance, and meetings with authors and illustrators that will spark the imagination of the youngest visitors.

The Power of Emotions, Theater game in three acts – Dreaming and discovering
For families with children ages 3–7
Second session of the theater game with Elisa Brumat from Baba Jaga – The House of Wonders.
Children and adults experience together the language of body and theater to venture between reality and imagination, where little ones learn to recognize and express their emotions and adults rediscover the value of wonder and shared connection.

Asanas and mantras to grow together with yoga
For families with children ages 2–5
Valentina Zocca from the BarchettaBlu Study Center offers a yoga experience for children and parents. Breathing becomes play and movement through postures (asanas) and chants (mantras) to find calm, lightness, and connection with the body and the present moment.

Adventures Among the Pages – The Reading House
For adults and children
The national event promoted by Kid Pass returns, bringing together books, children, and culture in over 80 Italian museums.
The Human Safety Net House, awarded this year with the Kid Pass 2025 Golden Heart for its commitment to welcoming families and children into the world of culture, hosts the main event of the initiative: a day of readings, creative workshops, meetings with authors and illustrators, and an auditorium performance.
Children will meet in person the Gruffalo, the character created by Julia Donaldson, protagonist of two award-winning films, among the most beloved characters by young readers worldwide.
The event includes a dedicated program for deaf children in collaboration with ENS and ANIOS.

TEDxVenezia | WOW – Worlds of Wonder
In-person workshops and activities in the morning, live streaming from 2:00 PM
A weekend dedicated to innovation and shared culture with TEDxVenezia | WOW – Worlds of Wonder at Teatro Goldoni and the Procuratie, which host on the morning of November 16 workshops and activities open to all: workshops to create apps with artificial intelligence, conversations on mental health, discussions on sustainable innovation in the Venetian territory, local wine tastings. In the auditorium in the afternoon, the conference taking place at Teatro Goldoni can be followed via live stream.
Admission is free for everyone and also allows visitors to explore the spaces restored by David Chipperfield and the exhibitions A World of Potential (permanent) and Dreams in Transit, on view until March 15, 2026.

The quiet readings by Born to Read volunteers return for children from birth to six years old, with stories and characters that share the values of inclusion and curiosity. And before duty, pleasure: a snack for everyone!

The Human Safety Net is a global movement of people helping people, active in 25 countries across 3 continents—Europe, South America, and Asia—supporting vulnerable families with children ages 0 to 6 and refugee integration through work and entrepreneurship. Its mission is to unlock people’s potential so they can improve the living conditions of their families and communities.
The Human Safety Net House at the Procuratie in Piazza San Marco is a space open to all, with exhibitions, activities, and events dedicated to the community. Admission is free, with voluntary donation.
A World of Potential, the Procuratie’s permanent exhibition, is an immersive and interactive experience for all ages that invites visitors to discover their abilities and strengthen self-awareness.
An ongoing program of free activities and events (with voluntary donation), developed in collaboration with cultural and social organizations in the area, makes the Procuratie a vital place of encounter, dialogue, and participation.
