The competition will feature films such as <em>Joker: Folie \u00e0 Deux<\/em> by <strong>Todd Phillips<\/strong> starring <strong>Joaquin Phoenix <\/strong>and<strong> Lady Gaga<\/strong>, and <em>Queer<\/em> by <strong>Luca Guadagnino<\/strong>, starring <strong>Daniel Craig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The atmosphere at the Lido is electric for the grand returns of <strong>Brad Pitt <\/strong>and<strong> George Clooney<\/strong> for the film <em>Wolfs<\/em> by <strong>Jon Watts<\/strong>, and <strong>Angelina Jolie<\/strong> for <em>Maria<\/em> by <strong>Pablo Larra\u00edn<\/strong>, a tribute to Maria Callas.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the Orizzonti section promises to discover new talents and surprise audiences with titles such as <em>Nonostante<\/em> by <strong>Valerio Mastandrea<\/strong> and <em>Marco<\/em> by <strong>Jon Gara\u00f1o <\/strong>and <strong>Aitor Arregi<\/strong>. Further enriching the landscape are Out of Competition titles like <em>Il tempo che ci vuole<\/em> by <strong>Francesca Comencini<\/strong> and <em>Phantosmia<\/em> by <strong>Lav Diaz<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Among the special events, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labiennale.org\/en\/cinema\/2023\/venice-immersive-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Venice Immersive<\/strong><\/a> section is not to be missed and is also open to the public with <strong>a subscription for those not accredited to the Festival<\/strong>. Extraordinary scenography, unique objects, and artisanal demonstrations in the monumental spaces of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cini.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Giorgio Cini Foundation<\/a> will guide visitors on a journey through hundreds of hand-crafted works by international talents. <\/p>\n<p>The experience is orchestrated by <strong>Luca Guadagnino<\/strong>, Artistic Director of Homo Faber 2024, in collaboration with architect <strong>Nicol\u00f2 Rosmarini<\/strong>. For each project on display, Guadagnino has paid tribute to materials, playing with the human senses through textures and visual aesthetics, making <a href=\"https:\/\/2024.homofaber.com\/en\/our-experiences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the Homo Faber experience<\/a> a fascinating sensory exploration. <\/p>\n<p>The second edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/2024.homofaber.com\/en\/in-citta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Homo Faber in Citt\u00e0<\/strong><\/a> opens the doors of over 70 artisan ateliers in Venice and on the islands of Giudecca, Murano, and Burano. A series of daily appointments will feature international soloists and ensembles performing at the <strong>Arsenale<\/strong> and other evocative Venetian locations: <strong>Teatro la Fenice<\/strong>, Asac, the Marciana Library, the Church of the Piet\u00e0, Ca&#8217; Giustinian, Forte Marghera, and St. Mark&#8217;s Basilica.<\/p>\n<p>One of the distinctive features of this edition is the inclusion of the <strong>Biennale College Musica<\/strong> activities, offering fresh perspectives and stimulating artistic visions in support of new talents and innovative projects, selected through an annual open call.<\/p>\n<p>Every day, music enthusiasts seeking new sounds will discover <strong>artists from all over the world<\/strong> through unique performances: a celebration of music as a point of meeting, exchange, and creation for all artists.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A free shuttle service will be available at the end of the evening performances<\/strong> from the Arsenale to S.
