The 2023 study Economy of Beauty<\/strong><\/em> by Banca Ifis confirms the essential role of expertise in the production excellence of Italian manufacturing<\/em> and demonstrates that Made in Italy manufacturing and the work of master artisans generate wealth. However, the artisanal business system urgently needs to support generational turnover by involving young people. For this reason, Master Artisans are calling for new school curricula and training provided by artisanal enterprises. <\/p>\n
