With the Biennale Arte preview, there are many openings of major exhibitions and events in Venice <\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Major exhibitions and world-class events from April 19 to 23, 2022 <\/strong>in Venice: exhibitions dedicated to the great masters of the twentieth century such as <strong>Louise Nevelson, Lucio Fontana, Antony Gormley <\/strong>and the Korean <strong>Ha Chong-Hyun<\/strong>; performances such as the one at the <strong>Alberta Pane Gallery <\/strong>by <strong>Marcos Lutyens <\/strong>and in the atrium of <strong>Palazzo Grassi<\/strong> with <em>Dancing Studies: Sonatas and Interludes<\/em> by <strong>Lenio Kaklea<\/strong>; the opening of new contemporary art foundations such as the new <strong>Anish Kapoor<\/strong> Foundation and the Foundation at <strong>Palazzo Diedo<\/strong>, which hosts the site-specific project by artist <strong>Sterling Ruby<\/strong>. A world where everything can change, transform, and become something or someone else: free and full of possibilities. An exhibition in dialogue between the curator&#8217;s artistic practice and the work of great artists of the last century: <strong>Park Seo-Bo<\/strong>, <strong>Dansaekhwa<\/strong>, and <strong>Isamu Noguchi<\/strong>, an important Japanese sculptor, architect, designer, and set designer, whose granite work <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guggenheim-venice.it\/it\/arte\/opere\/two-is-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><em>Two is One<\/em><\/a> can be seen at the Peggy Guggenheim house-museum in Venice.  <\/p>\n<p>In Calle della Regina is the headquarters of the <a href=\"https:\/\/humanbrains.fondazioneprada.org\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Fondazione Prada<\/strong><\/a>, which during the Venice Biennale preview presents the exhibition <em>Human<\/em> <em>Brains<\/em>: a multidisciplinary journey dedicated to brain studies and the result of complex research developed in collaboration with a scientific committee, chaired by <strong>Giancarlo Comi<\/strong> and composed of researchers, scholars, popularizers, and curators such as <strong>Jubin Abutalebi, Massimo Cacciari, Viviana Kasam, Udo Kittelmann, Letizia Leocani, Andrea Moro <\/strong>and <strong>Daniela Perani<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the same street, in the new space of the <a href=\"http:\/\/saloneverde.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Salone Verde<\/strong><\/a>, <em>Take your Time<\/em> by artist <strong>Francesca Leone <\/strong>opens, curated by <strong>Danilo Eccher<\/strong>, one of the most important Italian art critics and curators who conceived <strong>Love, Dream, Enjoy<\/strong> and the currently ongoing <strong>Crazy<\/strong>, the spectacular as well as Instagrammable exhibitions at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chiostrodelbramante.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Chiostro del Bramante<\/strong><\/a> in Rome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wim Wenders is in Venice on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 April 2022 <\/strong>thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palazzograssi.it\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Palazzo Grassi<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; which hosts the exhibition <em>Open-end<\/em> curated by the artist <strong>Marlene Dumas<\/strong> herself with <strong>Caroline Bourgeois<\/strong>. At the <strong>Cinema Multisala Rossini<\/strong> in Venice, the world premiere of the new video installation <em>Pr\u00e9sence<\/em> is signed by the great master of contemporary cinema, Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival in 1982 for <em>The State of Things.<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Wim Wenders<\/strong>, a director no stranger to speaking about art, creates a 38-minute film on the expressive universe of the French artist <strong>Claudine Drai<\/strong>, whose production is simultaneously visible in Venice at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acp-palazzofranchetti.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>ACP \u2013 Palazzo Franchetti<\/strong><\/a> with a solo exhibition of the same name.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"it\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"it\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">A collateral event of the Biennale, promoted and realized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artecontinua.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Ass. From Italy to America and Back,<\/em> the <strong>Study Center for the History of Textiles, Costume and Perfume<\/strong> at Palazzo Mocenigo with <em>ES-SENZE<\/em>, and the <strong>Correr Museum<\/strong> with <strong>Huong Dodinh<\/strong> for <em>Ascension<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>From April 20 to 22<\/strong>, <em>LA FIABA. A Dress for Venice<\/em>, the exhibition (open to the public until April 29, 2022) by eco-designer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tizianoguardini.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Tiziano Guardini<\/strong> <\/a>at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luigi-bevilacqua.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Tessitura Luigi Bevilacqua<\/strong><\/a>, curated by the Tessitura itself and <strong>Venezia da Vivere<\/strong>, and part of the official program of <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/ADressForVenice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Homo Faber In Citt\u00e0<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.veneziadavivere.com\/en\/homo-faber-2022-the-living-treasures-of-craftsmanship-in-venice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Homo Faber<\/strong><\/a> is an absolute must-see event on the island of San Giorgio, paying tribute to artisanal excellence, set up in the 4,000 square meters of space of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cini.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Fondazione Giorgio Cini<\/strong><\/a>, including some areas opened specifically for the occasion such as the former <strong>Nautical School<\/strong>, the <strong>Sala Messina<\/strong>, and the <strong>Teatro Verde<\/strong> (pictured).<\/li>\n<li>During the Biennale preview, the Fondazione Giorgio Cini inaugurates <em>On Fire<\/em>, an exhibition promoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tornabuoniart.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Tornabuoni Art<\/strong><\/a> and curated by <strong>Bruno Cor\u00e0<\/strong>, dedicated to fire and its use in artworks by artists: <strong>Yves Klein, Alberto Burri, Arman, Pier Paolo Calzolari, Jannis Kounellis <\/strong>and<strong> Claudio Parmiggiani<\/strong>. Additionally, <strong>Luca Massimo Barbero<\/strong>, modern and contemporary art historian and critic, and Director of the Foundation&#8217;s Institute of Art History, presents <em>Joseph Beuys.
