A million Lego bricks in Trieste to explore cities of different times: at the Salone degli Incanti Genertel, the Generali Italia, direct insurance company founded in Trieste in 1994, hosts the largest Italian LEGO exhibition ever in the main city of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
At the event will be the instagramers of Friuli, IgersTrieste and Veneziadavivere to tell it on social media from the February 20th with the hashtag #legotrieste.
In the year of its 25th anniversary Genertel makes us discover modern cities and ancient monuments, from the legendary adventures of pirates to medieval landscapes, from the splendors of Ancient Rome to the conquest of space, miniature colored worlds designed and built by RomaBrick, one of the oldest LUG (Lego User Group) in Europe.
And while the exhibition also hosts a section dedicated to the LEGO-themed works of young artists, every Sunday until June 30, the free workshops for families will be an opportunity to live in an alternative way the Salone degli Incanti, 1913 neoclassical building, once the central Fish market and now an exhibition space for events and contemporary art.
I LOVE LEGO is an exhibition of the Municipality of Trieste, the Department of Culture and the Arthemisia Group, in partnership with Genertel, Generali Valore Cultura and Roma Brick for the realization.
Valore Cultura is Generali Italia’s program to bring families, young people, customers and employees to the art world thanks to reduced admissions to exhibitions, theatrical performances, events and artistic and cultural activities.
I LOVE LEGO is at the Salone degli Incanti from February 21st to June 30th. Thanks to Genertel, free creative workshops will be held every Sunday for adults and children. Fabio Ferrone Viola, Luigi Folliero, Irem Incedayi, Daniele Clementucci and Corrado Delfini are some of the artists on show.
