
On Saturday, June 21, Art Night opens museums, foundations, galleries, bookstores, university sites, theaters, libraries, and artist studios for the white night of art in Venice. Here is our guide through the sestieri, the islands, and the mainland.
The events of Art Night 2025 are numerous and all unmissable: from performances to Japanese rituals, from the late-night opening of the Naval Museum and the Cini Foundation to Caribbean music concerts at the Conservatory, from tarot readings to meditation in churches at night: here is our guide through the sestieri, the islands, and the mainland, to experience the night in Venice.

11 – Studio Morgan O’Hara – The Cavana of Miracles
Live performance drawings of the gestures of artisans at work: the artist’s hand follows the rhythm of the craftsmanship of Paolo Brandolisio, Marzio De Min, Stefano Matteazzi, and Edoardo Cibin.

12 – A Dream in a Hat
From June 21 to 22, the enchanted world of @Guifriday, the famous Hatter from Bologna, meets the magical universe of Evelyne Aymon to create a workshop of wonders.

13 – Giorgio Cini Foundation
The Giorgio Cini Foundation on the island of San Giorgio opens for Art Night: Fondation Cartier, the Borges Labyrinth, and a nocturnal visit to the Foundation’s monumental spaces.

Open architecture, exhibitions, and workshops in independent galleries and rediscovered palaces.

“Built to Vanish: Growth and Decay in Architecture”: an unexpected cultural salon hosts a conversation, in English, between a researcher, an architect, and an artist on impermanence in architecture. Reservation required: keepcool@saloneverde.com

A workshop, association, and exhibition space, zolforosso is an open place for dialogue, an artist-run studio in Venice where 18 artists and curators work and conduct research, experimenting with new ways of working, participation, and sharing.

Music on the lawn at the library, yoga and arts for children, visits to archaeological areas, and performances.

21 – Sunday, June 22 at 9 AM in the gardens of San Sebastiano
Le petit déjeuner Arcobaleno – 8th edition. The morning after Art Night continues with a rainbow breakfast at San Sebastiano, in collaboration with Malìparmi. Participants bring everything needed to set up a full breakfast, which will be evaluated by a jury. During the morning, Anna Zhang will present her book “Pentole e Zodiaco. Il mio gioco da tavola” in conversation with Giuseppe Barbieri and Giovanni Pelizzato. Followed by the award ceremony for the three best breakfasts with Maliparmì prizes and relaxation in the greenery. Reservations: artnightvenezia@unive.it.
