Final day of Venice Fashion Week featuring fashion shows, sustainable fashion, creative boutiques and closing parties
Final day of the ninth edition of Venice Fashion Week. With the sustainable fashion show by young Venetian designer Alessandra Micolucci in a special venue such as the headquarters of the Venetian Stucco Workers’ Union in San Barnaba, the walk through ateliers, boutiques and cocktail events begins, which has characterized the conclusion of slow fashion week for seven years.
This is an important moment for Venice: during these ten days of events we have discovered the wonders that the union between contemporary fashion and high craftsmanship can create. We have met international designers and sustainable brands, we have established the Venice high craftsmanship association and we have discovered historic venues and hotels committed to creating cultural experiences for both tourists and citizens of Venice.
With the Open Ateliers Instawalk organized together with IgersVenezia we will encounter boutiques, ateliers, designers and projects.
Departure is from Uni.S.Ve in Rio de San Barnaba at 2:00 PM.
In the monumental spaces of the Venetian Stucco Workers’ Union at 2:15 PM, Venetian designer ALESSANDRAMICOLUCCI will present her garments with linear forms in sustainable fabrics through a fashion show.
Alessandra opened Venice Fashion Week on Thursday, October 17 by painting two garments in natural fabrics that today will also be worn during the show by dancers Sara Novakovic and Rita Bellagamba from FIFTH Dance Academy, directed by dancer and choreographer Silvia Funes.
Fifth Treviso is a professional training center for dancers directed by Silvia Funes, a dancer and choreographer with a degree from the National Dance Academy of Rome. In an emotional crescendo, the performers will bring to life an interweaving of bodies, where the purity of classical lines will merge with earthy physicality, in perfect harmony with Alessandra’s creations.
Uni.S.Ve hosts the photography festival Venice Photo Lab curated by Fabio Cavessago, Lab77, until November 3.

A cocktail with the sea, fashion and the eco-sustainable projects of the artisanal perfume brand Acqua dell’Elba. In the boutique in Campo San Bartolomeo, an event with the flavor of the sea will take us to discover the latest fragrances and projects of the brand that has been committed to protecting the sea for years.
A perfect combination with the Venetian bags Magoga Bags, a sustainable project by Sabrina Pigozzo, who created a line of bags with recycled sails. The models wear Lo Spazio 2091.
The Island of Elba is the headquarters and inspiration for Acqua Dell’Elba, which produces perfumes with natural raw materials crafted by expert artisan hands. Six perfume lines, beauty products, home fragrance products, textiles and accessories: Acqua dell’Elba is a family-run Tuscan artisan workshop established almost 20 years ago in Marciana Marina. Its values of uniqueness and authenticity promote environmental awareness, sustainability and protection of the sea. For this reason, for two years Acqua Dell’Elba has been promoting the Sea Essence International Festival which takes place at the end of June on the Island of Elba with international partners.
For Venice Fashion Week, Acqua Dell’Elba presents the Fabric Fragrance Mare, a morning swim of notes of lemon, rosemary, sea lily, seaweed, sea cistus and Mediterranean scrubland woods.
