What personal data do we process?

  • Contact data: First name, surname, email address and telephone number provided voluntarily.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, interaction data collected via statistical cookies.

Why do we process it (purposes and legal basis)?
Personal data provided by users is used for:

  • Responding to enquiries: Sending the Media Plan in PDF format and replying to queries about our services. Legal basis: Performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures.
  • Statistical analysis: Monitoring website performance via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your privacy choices. Legal basis: Explicit consent (via cookie banner).

What happens if we cannot process the data?
Except as specified for browsing data (see Cookie Policy), the provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide the data required for contact purposes will make it impossible to send the Media Plan or respond to your requests.

How long do we retain it?
Contact data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to provide a response. Statistical data is retained in accordance with the timeframes set out in the Cookie Policy and in Google Analytics settings.

2. Methods of processing

Data is processed using electronic tools. Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful use and unauthorised access.

3. Who processes personal data?

Data is processed by authorised and trained internal personnel, as well as external professionals (hosting providers, IT consultants) appointed as Data Processors.

4. Data transfers and recipients

Data will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties. Statistical data (Google Analytics) may be transferred to servers located in the United States, on the basis of Google’s adherence to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

The data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller:

  • Access and rectification: Confirmation of the existence of data and correction of inaccuracies.
  • Erasure: The right to be forgotten in the cases provided for under Article 17 GDPR.
  • Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent to cookies at any time via the “Manage cookie settings” button on the website.
