9:00 AM. It is early morning and the Venice Lido has yet to wake up from the celebrations of the previous night’s parties.
Together with Centro Porsche Padova, we set off on a special tour of the Venice Lido. It all begins at the Hotel Ausonia e Hungaria, a centuries-old hotel on the Gran Viale that represents one of Europe’s most fascinating examples of Art Nouveau decoration thanks to its main facade in polychrome majolica, where our influencers Venezia da Vivere, Celestalis, Beatrice Lorenzi and Carlotta Seno meet in search of the mysterious character, played by Aurelio Ludovico.
The Ausonia Hungaria stands in a context unique in the world: land and sea intertwine and merge in a play of reflections on the water. Its exterior cladding is characterized by majolica in shades of ochre, blue, and light green that recall the colors of the Lido. Along with floral garlands and cherubs, two large female figures also appear, allegories of Venice and Hungary. The hotel is an open-air work of art, expanded in 2007 following its acquisition by the Russo group, which began the restoration of the southeast facade, sponsored by the Art Biennale and coordinated by the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage of Venice, covered with 3,358 Murano glass tiles designed by the English artist Joe Tilson.
Centro Porsche Padova, a point of reference for excellence representing the Porsche brand in the area between Venice, Padua, Rovigo, and Belluno with a wide range of new and used cars, a Gold Service Center, and a Porsche Driver’s Selection Boutique, will facilitate the influencers’ mission by providing two Porsche vehicles: the Porsche Cayenne Coupé and the Porsche 911, which will accompany them during the operation.

The hotel has always been a point of reference during the Venice Film Festival. During the 1930s, in fact, it was the Hotel Excelsior that hosted the festival’s premieres, and since then, countless stars of the international jet set have walked its corridors.
An exclusive 5-star resort opened in 1908 with eclectic architecture created by the fusion of Moorish, Art Nouveau, and medieval styles.
The construction of this exclusive symbol was commissioned by the illustrious entrepreneur Nicolò Spada, who entrusted the work to the renowned Venetian architect Giovanni Sardi.

For those coming from the A4 and A13 motorways, take the Padova Interporto exit. Once off the motorway, follow signs for Padua center, keeping to the left; continue straight for 100 m and on the right you will find the Corso Stati Uniti entrance to Centro Porsche Padova.
For those coming from other directions, follow the signs for Padova Zona Industriale and/or Saonara. Centro Porsche Padova is located 100 m from the Padova Interporto motorway exit.
