Martina Vidal, Simple Determination

In the legendary salon of the Hotel Danieli, near St. Mark’s Square, the Vidal family recounts the origins of the Martina Vidal brand’s fashion collections and presents the book celebrating thirty years of activity entitled Simple Determination, written by Andrea Bettini and published by FrancoAngeli. The author will be present.
Join us at 7 PM on our social media channels for Venice Fashion Week and Venezia da Vivere to discover how lace, an excellence of Burano island, finds its place in contemporary fashion and interior design.
Atelier Martina Vidal represents family tradition, the preservation of the past, and a commitment to the local area. Burano lace in Martina Vidal is featured in lingerie and home decor, for handmade and made-to-measure fashion collections.
Ancient and slow craftsmanship, techniques passed down from mother to daughter, execution requiring great passion, meticulous mastery, and Simple Determination, as per the title of the book recounting the company’s first 30 years.

Visit the Mario De Biasi exhibition with a special reduced ticket for 9 euros, including a drink organized together with Distilleria Nardini 1779. Do not miss the opportunity to visit the Mario De Biasi exhibition at sunset: the Tre Oci palace is located in one of the most evocative spots on the island of Giudecca.
To ensure everyone’s safety, two entry times have been scheduled, to be specified at the time of booking:
- from 5:30 PM to 6 PM
- from 6:30 PM to 7 PM
Everyone will, of course, be able to visit the exhibition at their leisure until 8 PM. Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a Green Pass accompanied by a valid ID.

ViceversaKimono was born from an idea by Dania Perissinotto who, as a lover of the history of costume and fashion, develops her image of a contemporary and glamorous woman. The meeting with Laura Esposito, an expert in business management, gives life to a fashion project aimed at empowering women, with a design in constant evolution.
The brand offers complete outfits and the garment that represents the brand most of all: the kimono, presented in a simplified and reversible way. From a ceremonial dress, it transforms into an informal and deconstructed garment that adapts to the lifestyle of the dynamic woman and can be worn from morning to evening, from the office to a soirée at the theater.
The sustainable concept lies in the versatility of its unique pieces, made with fine yarns and fabrics for a valuable wardrobe beyond trends.

Ottica Manuela presents the new OM collection to look up and think far ahead, in a journey that weaves new connections reflecting in the other.
Works of art, design objects, innovations, technological wonders: this is the vast world of the creative company Ottica Manuela, located since 2016 in Salizada San Samuele, the new district of high craftsmanship in Venice.

Ottica Manuela is a hub for experiencing eyewear as an element that enhances the person’s face. Eyewear becomes the first and intimate approach to the world. Ottica Manuela presents artisanal eyewear that reflects the passion and desire to wear new shapes, playing with colors.
