Colours and embroidery, attention to details, contemporary style and craftsmanship: the world of Maliparmi is in Venice in Calle del Teatro, between Rialto and San Marco, a boutique that tells the Maliparmi woman through its clothes, the accessories, the interior styling and the atmosphere.

The contemporary and important lesson of the past, the new technologies that revaluate the craftsmanship traditions, the colours, the worlds that tell, the fabrics that make you dream, the inspirations between East, Africa and grandma’s trunks full of pearls, embroidery and perfume silk, give life at every season to a collections of unique clothes, jewellery, bags and accessories.

For the Spring-Summer 2017 collection, the brand presents Flair, a search for fluidity and naturalness for a journey without frontiers in a métissage of nature, culture, humanity and inspiration.

The femininity is expressed in the shades of red and pink, replicated in the jacquard striped jacket with fringed edges with a frame effect and a mix of bijoux-buttons. Continuing on the nuances of the pinks the print “MalìRose”, a tribute to the flower symbol of Maliparmi, dresses with romantic clothes and fluid dust coasts, ideal for ceremonies.

Military charm and ethnicity in desert tones for jackets in military green canvas, with maxi embroidery and beaded finishing. Dresses in light crépon, raw cuts, deep or American necklines and abstract prints, almost animalier, blend ethnic and romantic.

Summer dresses in white and blue indigo. The fabrics fall soft and delicate, the colours also incorporated in long skirts and shirts “painted” in patterns with an Azulejos effect. White becomes iconic on dresses like fresh canvases, to be reinterpreted with colourful maxi-bijoux, bracelets like wristbands and long necklaces with pom-pom, semiprecious stones, beads and shells.

Virginia®, it-bag Maliparmi, expresses itself in new summer lightness. The poetic origami shape, the interweaving of leather on the handles and the hand-polished edges find a new interpretation and naturalness: in embroidered raffia, in canvas with geometric patchwork flap of whips, but also animalier with semiprecious coloured stones and studs.

For this winter Malìparmi tells the brand through three themes and three color universes: Stiller Life, Flower Parade e Graphite Grace.

Elegance in shades of black combined in a causal chic look, where the monotone is broken by the animal combination.

Matera effect for the world of Flair embroidery. Sculptural clutch with maxi tassels in nuance and small shoulder bags renew the common thread of the prints and the colours of the collection, transforming them, bead after bead, into 3D embossed designs.

In the world of shoes, micro cut dress the eclectic wooden wedge, lit by eccentric colourful lines painted with a brush. Infinite variations of Infrabijoux® renew all the collection motifs turning them into bijoux to decorate the foot.

The charm and the uniqueness of the artisans’ tradition, the attention to the details, and the love for embroideries live in the accessory that has always enclosed the soul, the values and the history of the brand.

Maliparmi Boutique took part in Venice Fashion Night 2017 to celebrate its 40th anniversary and to present the Murrha collection, created in a creative partnership with Murano master glassmaker Davide Salvadore. Together they created a limited edition capsule collection of dresses, accessories and jewellery made with glass murrine. These unique pieces were created by Salvadore, with unusual, almost African, coloured glass textures similar to Malìparmi’s nomadic soul.
